We do not hold customer funds or act as a bank; these services are provided directly by our regulated partners. Transactions on our OTC Desk are conducted on a principal-to-principal basis. Our entire model is built on a foundation of risk-based controls, ongoing monitoring, and adherence to both internal policies and partner requirements, ensuring a secure and auditable environment for all participants.
